Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item showing the issue.
If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
